Traffic flowing again after tractor-trailer overturns in Scranton

The tractor-trailer overturned on the Biden Expressway around 7 a.m. Thursday.

SCRANTON, Pa. — Traffic is flowing once again after a tractor-trailer overturned in Scranton.

It happened on the Biden Expressway near the city’s downtown around 7 a.m.

Officials say the truck was going too fast on a curve, which caused it to overturn.

There is no word yet on whether anyone was injured.

The crash caused significant backups while crews worked to clear the wreck; traffic has since returned to normal.
