READING, Pa. – Cultures from across the world gathered at City Park in Reading to celebrate their diversity.

It was the 6th annual Berks Cultural Diversity Festival.

The Dominican Association of Pennsylvania, the Jewish Federation of Reading and Berks, Centro Hispano, CICOP Ministry, and the NAACP Reading Branch all came together to showcase all their cultures had to offer.

“Berks County is obviously a very diverse place. So, being able to bring all these people together and just celebrate it and give them the opportunity to show what their culture is about. I think it’s just a great day,” said James Bartley, host and DJ Check for Me.

While it was a day of celebrating food, dancing and more — there were also community resources on display for people to learn more.
