Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 video showed police activity on Amity Street near East 6th Avenue in Homestead on Sept. 18.
When officers arrived to the scene, they found 43-year-old Andrew Lenhart, who had been shot multiple times.
He was taken to a hospital in critical condition but died days later.
Prior to the shooting, authorities say Lenhart was involved in a fight with a person outside a restaurant on 6th Street.
That person was later identified as 24-year-old Dejahne Neal.
Neal allegedly pulled out a gun during the fight and Lenhart was captured on surveillance running from the area.
Police say Neal chased Lenhart and fired multiple shots, hitting Lenhart in the back and legs.
Neal has been charged with criminal homicide and was taken to Allegheny County Jail.
