The Race for Peace Committee held its ninth Community and Police Basketball Classic on Friday, Nov. 7 from 5:30 to 10 p.m. in partnership with the Lower Merion Township Police Department.
The event took place at the Lower Merion High School Kobe Bryant Gymnasium, 315 E. Montgomery Ave., Ardmore.
The event was free for all ages to attend. There were five-on-fives, three-on-threes, a dunk contest, and three-point contests. Trophies were awarded to MVPs, the dunk contest winner and the three-point contest winner.
