Four Lehigh Valley establishments were cited in September by the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for alleged liquor law violations.

Licensees will have a chance to defend themselves against the citations before an administrative law judge, who may impose fines between $50 to $1,000 for minor violations, or up to $5,000 for more serious offenses. The judge may also suspend or revoke business licenses or mandate training.

The following businesses were cited:

Lehigh County

646 Tilghman LLC, Allentown: Allegedly failed to post signage as required by the Clean Indoor Air Act on Aug. 17

City Center Hospitality Four LLC, Allentown: Allegedly sold alcoholic beverages without authority in that the license or temporary authority expired between May 1 and June 10.

Northampton County

Villa Pizza, Bethlehem: Allegedly sold, furnished or gave liquor for consumption off-premises on June 13.

Vini Le Origini Societa Agricola Srl LLC, Bethlehem: Allegedly sold alcoholic beverages without authority in that the license or temporary authority expired at the board-approved satellite location on March 15.
