PRT says all injuries are non-life-threatening
ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. —
Pittsburgh Regional Transit says 14 people were taken to the hospital after a crash in the Ross Park Mall Complex. The Route 12 McKnight bus hit the concrete base of a light pole around 9:30 a.m. Saturday.
Fourteen people on the bus were injured, including the operator. Thirteen have minor injuries including bumps and bruises. One person has moderate injuries, believed to include a broken nose. All 14 are being transported to hospitals, but none have life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
