Night Flights, 4707 West Lake Road, on April 12, 2008. Night Flights closed in fall 2010; the Times-News reported in April 2012 that it was for part of the traffic improvements for Erie International Airport’s $80 million runway extension, construction. That roadwork was originally scheduled to begin in 2010 but was delayed by design changes and snags in obtaining the necessary rights of way.
