The owners of a former miniature golf course on Erie’s bayfront have lost a court fight against the Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority over the course’s closure.
After more than two years of litigation, a judge ruled that the owners presented no evidence that the Port Authority breached the lease agreement or promised to compensate them for the relocation of Harbor View Miniature Golf.
