Global Hope International announced it will host a two-day free medical clinic Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 31-Nov. 1, at Northeast Middle School in Bethlehem, offering dental, vision and medical services to residents in need.

The clinic, the West Bethlehem-based organization’s fourth pop-up event in the Lehigh Valley, will be held in partnership with Remote Area Medical at the school located at 1170 Fernwood St.

All services will be provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis, and no identification is required, according to a news release from organizers.

Patients seeking care should note they must choose between dental or vision services due to time constraints, though everyone will have access to medical services.

The clinic offers dental cleanings, fillings, extractions and X-rays, as well as eye exams, eyeglass prescriptions and on-site eyeglass manufacturing. Medical services include women’s health exams, general medical examinations, mammogram screenings and flu shots.

The patient parking lot, located behind the school, will open at midnight Friday and remain open throughout the clinic. Clinic doors open at 6 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. (Note that clocks turn back one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, as daylight saving time ends.) Organizers recommend those seeking vision services arrive early.

Patients can expedite the registration process by creating a profile on the RAM platform at patients.ramusa.org. Community-based organizations will host information tables at the clinic. Closing times may vary depending on the daily capacity of each service area.
