SALISBURY TWP., Pa. – They’re a musical duo combining a warm, acoustic style with emotive folk‑pop vocals.
We’re so excited to welcome New Jersey’s Jeiris Cook and Lelica to our studio on this Music Monday!
They said they met each other on Instagram. They were both posting videos of their music with the same hashtag, and Lelica checked out his music and started commenting on his posts.
They first talked to each other when he randomly showed up to one of her gigs.
Cook said everything the band does has a soulful flair.
Cook said he and Lelica can put their own spin on the songs as they perform and enjoy creative freedom.
They perform at local bars and restaurants, as well as at intimate, upscale spaces.
