ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) — Authorities say a 15-year-old boy has died nearly a month after a falling tree branch struck him in Allentown, Lehigh County.
The incident happened on the morning of September 26 along the 1300 block of Oxford Drive.
Authorities say the teen was there with members of his Parkland High School cross-country team.
The cause of death was determined to be complications from multiple blunt force injuries, and was ruled an accident.
