WILKINSBURG, Pa. —
Wilkinsburg police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man.
Zare Carter (pictured below) is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a medium build, a short haircut and brown eyes.

Police said Carter has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, and has not been seen or heard from since May 8.
Anyone who has information on Carter’s whereabouts is asked to contact Wilkinsburg police.
