READING, Pa. – Reading’s newest shopping center now has a name.
The old Glidden Paint site along Bern Street will now be known as the North Reading Plaza.
Shuman Development says the project is going through planning approvals.
The area is part of Reading’s City Revitalization and Improvement Zone (CRIZ).
The shopping center is set to include 170,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, complete with restaurants, a grocery store, and more.
Construction could begin next year.
