BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The “ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL” is taking shape.
Construction crews were working on the facility in Bethlehem on Wednesday.
The new visual, performing and educational arts center is being built on the site of the old Banana Factory.
It’s expected to open some time next year.
