WILSON BOROUGH, Pa. – Police have arrested a man they say robbed a Papa Johns Pizza in Wilson, Northampton County.

Sean Thompson-Ferrero, 34, of Easton, was arrested Tuesday, according to a news release from the Wilson Borough Police Department.

Thompson-Ferrero is charged with robbery, possessing instruments of a crime, simple assault by menace, and theft, Wilson police said.

Police said Thompson-Ferrero robbed the pizza shop at 764 S. 25th St. on Nov. 4.

According to police, Thompson-Ferrero went into the restaurant, displayed a knife, and demanded $80.

He took the cash and ran away, according to the news release.

The clerk was not injured.

Wilson Police said they were able to identify Thompson-Ferrero as the robber using video surveillance and tips from the public.

He was taken into custody at his home without incident, police said.

Police said Thompson-Ferrero was arraigned at Northampton County Central Booking and bail was set at $10,000. He was unable to post bail and was remanded to Northampton County Prison.
