READING, Pa. – A Reading man charged with killing a man, woman and infant has waived his preliminary hearing.
Authorities say Jose Rodriguez shot and killed Geraldina Peguero-Mancebo and threw her one-year-old son into a pond, where he drowned.
The bodies were found in September off East Huller Lane in Ontelaunee Township.
Authorities say he also killed Geraldina’s husband, Junior Cabrera-Colon. Police found his body near Baer Park in Reading.
Rodriguez remains in custody at Berks County Jail.
