A new cafe will be just in time for making residents feel cozy this winter when it opens later this year in the Lehigh Valley.

Circle Cafe on Main will open for a soft launch by Christmas at 2 N. Main St. in Nazareth, a Lehigh Financial Group news release announced.

Owner Jennifer O’Neill of Nazareth, who previously worked in corporate software sales, intends to serve a menu of homemade quiches, soups, flatbreads, pastries, pasta, potato salad, iced tea, lemonade and Electric City Roasting Co. coffee. She also intends to make renovations such as new paint and new flooring.

“We’re creating a space with a boho, historic vibe,” O’Neill said in the release, adding that she expects to expand upstairs for additional seating. “Think deep peacock walls, a velvet couch, and natural lighting that makes it warm and inviting.”

The financing for the project was secured through Lehigh Financial Group through a Small Business Administration loan funded by 44 Business Capital. The transaction was handled by Loren Speziale of the Gross McGinley firm. O’Neill’s real estate agent was Allie Bennicas of Cliff Lewis Experience.

The property previously hosted Mainstream Salon & Co.
