The 2025 Pink Ribbon Week Charity Challenge at the Berkshire Country Club raised over $85,000 for Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks County.
Since the event’s inception in 1994, more than $1.19 million has been raised to support programs, services and resources for residents diagnosed with breast cancer, officials said.
The mission of the Pink Ribbon Week Charity Challenge Committee is to collectively as a group at the country club to financially support Breast Cancer Support Services.
The events at the country club in October included Ladie’s Day, Couples Twilight, Men’s Ham & Eggs Golf Outing with a putting contest, and a silent auction. Throughout the week, the country club was “pinked out” with raffles, comfort bag drives and silent auctions.
Officials noted that the founding members Breast Cancer Support Services were country club members who believed in supporting women through their breast cancer journeys.
