Your personal information, including Social Security numbers, may have been accessed during a data incident involving the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office. Back in August, the Attorney General’s website, email and landline phones were offline. Days later, the office confirmed that a “cyber incident” had occurred. Now, the office says personal information was contained in some of the files that were accessed without authorization. However, the office also says they have no evidence that this information has been misused at this time.
