The beloved German market opened to the public Friday. It’s open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays and Sundays on the following dates: Nov. 14-16, 21-23, 28-30; Dec. 4-7, 11-14 and 18-21.

Tickets are $12 in advance and $13 at the door Thursdays and Fridays, and $14.50 in advance and $15.50 at the door Saturdays and Sundays. Admission is free 5 to 8 p.m. Fridays.

There’s plenty of new things to see this year, including the expanded Winter Wonderland holiday village, more decor and enhanced lighting, a new glassblowing experience and outdoor igloo rental packages. Events include cookie decorating, martini nights, and breakfasts with St. Nick.
