Ballet Theatre of Scranton, under the direction of Joanne Arduino, will open the Scranton Santa Parade with a rendition of the Parade of the Wooden Soldiers on Nov. 22 at 9:30 a.m. The dancers have kicked off the festivities since the first parade in 1992.
