SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Some unwanted electronics are now out of some Scranton homes and into the hands of recyclers. Workers were busy at Scranton DPW headquarters, filling bins with discarded electronics.

City residents were encouraged to drop off everything from broken TVs and monitors to computers and computer-related items. The event was free to city residents.
