The Erie Cancer Wellness Center hosted its first-ever Caregiver Fair on Saturday Nov. 15.
The center is known for providing all sorts of support services for patients going through a cancer diagnosis.
But today, the focus was on bringing vendors and support connections together to help those who care for loved ones going through a difficult cancer journey.
Fourteen vendors were there—from things like home health care and errand services to medical supplies—even a chance to talk to people and ask questions.
Jackie Wassel, Executive Director of the Erie Cancer Wellness Center, stated that many of today’s services were free and offered a chance to have someone walk with caregivers on their journey.
