CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Starting next year, Allegiant Air will offer two new nonstop routes from the Gerald R. Ford International Airport.
The low-cost carrier on Tuesday announced two new direct routes from the Ford Airport near Grand Rapids. One will take passengers to Santa Ana, California; the second will go to Philadelphia.
After the routes launch in May, they will operate twice a week.

“We are thrilled to continue connecting West Michigan to the world with Allegiant Air’s new nonstop service to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Orange County, California,” said Tory Richardson, president and CEO of Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority, in a statement.
Tickets are now available on Allegiant’s website. The airline is offering discounted one-way fares for certain travel dates through Aug. 18, but tickets must be purchased by Wednesday.
