BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — Early voting is coming in for the Bensalem Township School Board party races in Tuesday’s primary election.
While building a new middle school or renovating the current one won’t go before voters, some are calling it a “significant election issue,” especially for the November general election.
School Director Marc Cohen said that the school board will decide whether to renovate the current school or build a new one. He said that the price tag is around $150 million.
Eight candidates are running for four, four-year terms on the Bensalem Township School Board.
Results by the Bucks County Board of Elections are unofficial until they are certified at a later date.
