BETHLEHEM, Pa. – If you’re looking for a little holiday magic to start your day, you don’t have to go far.

The historic Hotel Bethlehem is already sparkling with its famous Christmas decorations.

69 News Reporter Sydney Kay is live there Wednesday morning with a look at how it’s transformed into a winter wonderland.

Kelly Ronalds, Director of Room Sales/Guest Experience at Hotel Bethlehem, said many people come into the hotel to take their Christmas photos.

The process of deciding what decor to use for Christmas begins in January, she said, adding the design is different every year.

Ronalds said it takes 30 days and 1,000 man-hours to put up the decorations.

The winter wonderland “really pulls at your heart,” she said.

Anthony Sierra, Decorator at Hotel Bethlehem, said the trees at the hotel have crystals and mirrors, “like a glistening star of Bethlehem, almost.”Â
