READING, Pa. – Fire officials are looking into what caused a late-night fire that damaged a Reading home.
Around 11:30 p.m. yesterday, fire crews were dispatched to a reported fire in a rowhome in the 1500 block of Mulberry Street.
A second alarm was struck in order to deploy additional resources to the scene.

Officials say crews worked into the early morning to bring the fire under control.
There is no word at this time if anyone was injured or displaced as a result of the fire.
The cause remains under investigation by the Office of the Fire Marshal.
