The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Erie Station is investigating a retail theft that occurred at Target, located at 6700 Peach Street, on Nov. 18, 2025, at approximately 7:05 PM.

According to authorities, two black female suspects were observed selecting merchandise from store shelves and concealing the items in large black purses. The total retail value of the stolen merchandise is estimated at $1,051.92.
