SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Officials say roads will be closed Saturday in downtown Scranton for the city’s annual Santa Parade.

The Scranton Police Department announced roads will be closed between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and parking on certain streets will be strictly prohibited; violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.

The 100 and 200 blocks of Mifflin Avenue

The 100 through the 600 blocks of Biden Street

The 500 and 600 blocks of Linden Street

The 100 and 200 blocks of Adams Avenue
