A Blairsville man now lodged in Indiana County Jail has been given three consecutive one-year probationary sentences by Common Pleas Judge Michael T. Clark.
John F. Pavelchick, 43, also was ordered to pay court costs and fines.
He entered guilty pleas to a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance in a March 14 incident in Blairsville, a misdemeanor charge of use or possession of a controlled substance in a June 11 incident in Burrell Township, and another misdemeanor count of possession in a June 15 incident in Burrell Township.
