A Pennsylvania man died Nov. 21 when his car struck the back of a disabled garbage truck on Interstate 80 in Morris County, according to New Jersey State Police.
Troopers responded to the crash around milepost 31.3 on I-80 eastbound in Roxbury Township, where a Toyota sedan driven by Michael Murphy, 41, of Blakeslee, Pennsylvania, collided with the rear of an Autocar garbage truck stopped in the right lane, police said.
Murphy suffered fatal injuries in the crash. The driver of the garbage truck sustained minor injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no additional information has been released.
