BETHLEHEM TWP., Pa. – A new Chase Bank location will soon welcome customers in Northampton County.

The full-service branch is set to open on Dec. 9 at 4900 Freemansburg Ave. in Bethlehem Township, according to Jimmy Contreras, vice president of U.S. regional communications for JPMorgan Chase.

The new branch will operate at the southeast corner of Freemansburg Avenue and Wagner Drive, about a mile west of the Route 33-Freemansburg Avenue interchange.

The opening of the Bethlehem Township branch is part of the Chase market expansion in the Greater Pennsylvania region.

“Visitors will discover the branch looks and feels different from a ‘typical’ bank – combining a modern design, layout, and state-of-the-art banking technology, reflecting how customers engage with Chase today,” Contreras said.

“Seven enthusiastic employees welcome customers in casual meeting spaces, emphasizing a more consultative approach, with personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans, and payment processing.”

Self-service transaction areas are available, including a digital access bar, indoor ATM, outdoor 24-hour ATM and night depository.

Additionally, the branch, with hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays., will feature Chase teller services and free Wi-Fi.

JPMorgan Chase & Co., which traces its roots to 1799 in New York City, is the biggest of the country’s “Big Four” banks, which also include Citibank, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
