Editor’s Note: This is a weekly series featuring pets up for adoption from the Women’s Animal Center in Bensalem Township.
BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — Meet Bill.
November is ‘Adopt a Senior Pet’ month, and once again, we bring attention to a special senior.
Bill is a handsome 7-year-old terrier/pit bull mix. He is very playful, enjoying time outdoors with toys and treats and of course human companions. Bill is a leaner, and he especially likes to affectionately lean into his favorite person for extra pets and attention.
This sweet, somewhat silly, and playful pup has been with us since October. He will likely need an adopter who can provide a prescription diet for an allergy.
Bill is available for adoption at Women’s Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, Pa. (PA Kennel License # 1516) 215.750.5252. Visit the Center’s website to view the shelter pets available for adoption or to make a donation: www.womensanimalcenter.org.
Women’s Animal Center, America’s First Animal Shelter provides a variety of vital services to the pets and people of our community, including pet adoptions, a veterinary hospital, dog training, community programs, humane education, and a pet food pantry for families in need.
