The Pennsylvania Lottery says that someone who recently purchased a Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket in Westmoreland County has won a jackpot.
The ticket purchased for Monday’s drawing matches all numbers drawn and is worth 450-thousand dollars.
The winner has one year to step forward and claim their jackpot.
