The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:
• Jose Tabares-Gonzalez, 27, whose last known address was in the 100 block of West Greenwich Street, Reading, is wanted on charges of first-degree murder and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Police said Tabares-Gonzalez is seen on video surveillance running after the victim in the 500 block of South Sixth Street in Reading on April 17, 2022. Tabares-Gonzalez shoots the victim, who falls to the ground. The defendant was seen on surveillance video putting the weapon into a dumpster and walking away. Police found the victim dead. The defendant is also wanted on drug delivery charges filed July 11, 2022.
He is describes as 5 feet 8 inches and 220 pounds.
• Jose Mendez Reynoso, 29, whose last known address was in the 300 block of West Spruce Street, Mahanoy City, Schuylkill County, is wanted on charges of forgery, access device fraud and theft by deception.

Tilden Township police said Jose Mendez Reynoso used a cloned credit card to make multiple purchases at the Dunkin’ between May 25, 2024, and June 16, 2024. Charges were filed on Sept. 9.
He is describes as 5 feet 9 inches and 250 pounds.
