Snowmaking has begun at several Western Pennsylvania ski resorts ahead of the ski season.Vail Resorts says snowmaking has begun at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Hidden Valley Resort and Laurel Mountain. “Our snowmaking team is dedicated and ready to take advantage of every opportunity Mother Nature gives us,” said Brett Cook, the vice president and general manager, Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, and Laurel Mountain.Opening days have not been announced for any of the three resorts.
