(WHTM) — Wegmans Food Markets is recalling a cheese product that was sold in several states, including Pennsylvania.
According to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Wegmans Food Markets is recalling Locatelli Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese with Wegmans’ scale labels due to the potential presence of Listeria.

To date, no illnesses have been reported.
The FDA says this recall specifically included the Locatelli Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese in a plastic tub with the UPC code 2-77580-XXXXX-7 (“XXXXX” varies based on weight).

The recalled product was sold at Wegman’s stores in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. between November 14 and November 24, 2025.
Moving forward, consumers who have purchased the recalled cheese from Wegmans should return it for a full refund.
