LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Lower Merion Police shared details of crime incidents that occurred in the township recently.
These incident took place between Nov. 20 and Nov. 29.

Nov. 29
Theft of Package (Villanova) – A package was stolen off the front porch of the victim’s residence during the early evening hours. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Nov. 26
Theft of Vehicle (Bala Cynwyd) – The victim’s Acura was stolen from the parking lot of the victim’s apartment building during the early morning hours. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Nov. 25
Theft from Vehicle (Wynnewood) – The front driver’s side window of the victim’s Toyota was broken out and the interior of the vehicle gone through while parked along the street in front of the victim’s residence. It appears this incident is connected to the thefts the previous evening. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Nov. 24
Theft from Vehicle (Wynnewood) – The front driver’s window of the victim’s Scion was broken out and the interior of the vehicle gone through during the evening hours. The Scion was parked along the street in front of the victim’s residence. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Theft from Vehicle (Wynnewood) – The front driver’s window of the victim’s Subaru was forced open while parked along the street in front of the victim’s residence during the evening hours. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Theft from Vehicle (Wynnewood) – While investigating the above thefts, Officers located a Nissan parked along the street with attempted force to the driver’s side front window. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
Nov. 21
Theft from Vehicle (Bala Cynwyd) – The victim’s unlocked Toyota was entered and gone through overnight while parked along the street in front of the victim’s residence. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Nov. 20
Theft from Vehicle (Bala Cynwyd) – The drivers window of the victim’s Nissan was broken out and the interior of the vehicle gone through during the overnight hours while parked in the parking garage of the victim’s apartment building. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
