The Misfits Holiday Pop-up Bar returns to 409 on Adams in Scranton from Wednesday, November 12 through Saturday, December 20, 2025, open Wednesdays–Saturdays, 5:00 PM–11:00 PM. Created by the School of Hospitality students at Lackawanna College, this festive takeover fills the student-run restaurant with holiday-inspired food, cocktails, desserts, and immersive décor.
A family-friendly Scranton tradition that welcomes more than 10,000 visitors each year, Misfits invites guests to explore new themed experiences throughout the space.
This year’s additions include Bumble’s Ballroom, a dazzling tent with tinsel chandeliers, disco balls, cozy seating, a neon fireplace lounge, and a towering 12-foot lavender holiday tree set against a frosted photo wall.
Cozy up at the Frosted Ski Lodge, a ski-chic hangout crafted from real skis, glowing with lights and buzzing around outdoor-style fire pits for an après vibe.
Turn up the energy in the Electric Lounge, where moody lighting and a neon flame set the scene for late-night conversation and signature sips.
Say hello to Bumble the Snow Monster, the towering fan favorite in the main dining area who’s always ready for a festive photo op.
Make a grand entrance through The Enchanted Ice Passage, where sparkling trees and twinkling lights transport you into an immersive winter wonderland. Inside, the Mistletoe & Mischief Bar greets guests with sleek lighting, a showstopping ornament wall, and expertly crafted cocktails.
