Look at this giant pile of snow right here at the waterfront in West Holmes that was pushed together by the snowplows, just showing you how much snow is really falling down across the area, and I can tell you it’s already having an impact on drivers. Absolutely horrible, like terrible. Well, at least it’s *** big one and I love it. Different perspectives from Pittsburghers on the first snow of the year, many saying it was *** mess to get to work. I had *** hard time getting off the street. I had to make *** full U-turn on this hit my neighbor’s mailbox. But hopefully I’ll make it safely. The streets was bad, horrible. My bus was sliding down the hill like coming from um Hazelwood to here. It was crazy. I was scared. I was praying the whole time I was on the bus. From the moment snow began to fall, snow plows and salt trucks went to work. Shanina Gatson says she kept up with our first alert weather team to prepare. Y’all told me about it. I was watching you all morning, so y’all had already. Told me, so I knew what I was walking into luckily, but road conditions forced many drivers to slow down. No one knows how to drive in the snow anymore. They all forget. It’s like I know when I grew up there was snow on the ground all the time. It’s just another day. Now it’s like, oh no, what do we do? And while some were excited to see this much snow, others believed it looked better from the comfort of their home. It’s pretty from in-house. I don’t like it outside.
