Western Pennsylvania was hit by inches of snow on Tuesday, December 2, as a winter storm passed over the region.
The National Weather Service (NWS) forecasted that the heaviest snowfall would be from 4-8 am on Tuesday, with snow continuing until later in the morning in some places.
Footage taken by Kenneth Kissel shows Brackenridge, Pennsylvania – about 20 miles northeast of Pittsburgh – on Tuesday morning, after about two and a half inches of snow had fallen.
