Frost advisories and freeze warnings are in effect for most of our area overnight into Friday morning.
The Erie Lakeshore, including the city of Erie, is excluded as lows will be milder there. Warren, McKean & Elk Counties, and some other Central PA Counties are excluded because their growing season is over. They will still have Frost and Freeze conditions.
Freeze warnings will be in effect from 2 am to 9 am Friday, with temperatures possibly reaching as low as 29 degrees. The frost warnings, meanwhile, are in effect from 8 pm Thursday until 9 am Friday with temperatures reaching as low as 33 degrees.
Warmer temps are on the way as we head into the weekend. Eventually, we’ll be dealing with some rain, especially on Sunday.
