Police have arrested the suspect wanted for hitting three people at 11th and State Street last month. Davine Warren, 23, was taken into custody on Sunday.
Investigators say Warren got out of his car the night he allegedly struck the victims, then drove off—running over a third victim who tried to stop him.
Warren was already wanted on a weapons violation warrant. He now faces a long list of charges, including driving without a license or insurance and reckless driving.
