BRACKENRIDGE, Pa. (CBS, KYMA) – Western Pennsylvania was hit by inches of snow Tuesday as a winter storm passed over the region.
The National Weather Service (NWS) forecasted that the heaviest snowfall would be from 4:00-8:00 a.m. Eastern, with snow continuing until later in the morning in some places.
Footage taken by Kenneth Kissel shows Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, about 20 miles northeast of Pittsburgh, after about two and a half inches of snow had fallen.
By 10:00 a.m. Eastern, Brackenridge had accumulated three inches of snow, according to the NWS.
