MILFORD TWP., Pa. – A man is dead after being hit by a truck tractor on the Pennsylvania Turnpike early Wednesday morning.
Pennsylvania State Police say it happened on I-476 North in Milford Township around 2:45 a.m.
Crews at the scene found the man dead on the travel lanes, according to state police.
State police said a suicide note was found inside a vehicle that was on the shoulder.
The truck tractor remained on scene, state police said.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing.
