The Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees met recently in Dickson City to plan the annual Christmas luncheon, set for Thursday, Dec. 11, at Colarusso’s Restaurant, 280 Main St., Dickson City, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The guest speaker will be Bill Dunn, executive vice president for PARSE. All PARSE members are invited to attend and are requested to bring an unwrapped toy for the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots program.
