MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A Pennsylvania man was arrested in connection with aggravated battery following an incident on Wednesday afternoon in Manhattan, officials said.
The arrest was reported around 12:44 p.m. Wednesday in the 6900 block of Fort Riley Boulevard.
Officials said the Kansas Department of Transportation and a 23-year-old man were listed as the victims in the case.

Riley County police said a man who was known to the male victim was listed as the suspect.
Riley County police arrested Yehuwdah Superville, 29, of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, around 2:17 p.m. Wednesday in connection with aggravated battery and criminal damage to property.
Superville was booked into the Riley County Jail, where he was issued a total bond of $8,000, officials said.
