Richard L. Tetley
OBITUARY
Richard L. Tetley, 67, of Wyomissing, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025 in Penn State St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was the husband of Kimberly (Moyer) Tetley for 35 years.
Born June 29, 1958 in Elkhart, Indiana, he was the son of the late James and Beverly (Holt) Tetley.
He was a 1976 graduate of Wyomissing High School and graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
Rich was employed as Senior Fleet Engineer at Versum Materials. He previously retired after 25 years as an engineer at Air Products and Chemicals.
He proudly served our nation for 20 years, retiring in 2018 as a Sergeant in the US Army National Guard.
He was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church, Wyomissing.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his children, Laura, and her fiance’, Dominik Adamczyk of Tampa, FL, and Andrew of Wyomissing; his two brothers and their families: Matthew of Oley and Charles of Muhlenberg Township; and his beloved nieces and nephews. Rich loved his family and friends with his heart and soul. All who ever knew him will forever carry happy memories of his love and friendship in their hearts.
A Celebration of Rich’s life, where we can gather together in remembrance and friendship, will be held at a later date.
