HAPPI 927 Partners with Children's Miracle Network for Annual Radiothon

The Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) at AHN Saint Vincent Hospital will host its annual Radiothon on Thursday, Dec. 11, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the hospital’s Sister Marie Paul Lobby at 232 W. 25th Street, Erie.

The Radiothon aims to raise funds to support CMN’s mission of providing lifesaving technologies and essential resources for sick children and their families. Every minute, 72 children in America receive care at a children’s hospital, underscoring the importance of this initiative.

CMN contributions have significantly enhanced AHN Saint Vincent’s pediatric care by funding advanced equipment such as NICU Transporters, Panda Baby Warmers, Giraffe Isolets and Incubators, and blanket warmers.

Beyond technology, CMN also assists families with sleep sacks to prevent SIDS, car seats, pack-and-plays, gas cards, and meal cards—helping ease the financial burden of a NICU stay.

“We hope the community will tune in to HAPPI 927 or stop by to visit Radiothon live at AHN Saint Vincent Hospital,” said Emily Vommaro, Director of CMN at AHN Saint Vincent. “Donations not only help sick kids feel better—they help change health outcomes, and that is a powerful thing.”

Listeners can tune in to HAPPI 927 throughout the day to hear inspiring survivor stories from families who have experienced exceptional pediatric care at AHN Saint Vincent.
