An Ohio company has recalled all lots of its tomato basil soup because it contains an allergen that is not noted on the label.

Lil’ Turtles recalled 17-ounce glass jars of Grandma Belle’s Tomato Basil Soup for misbranding because the milk allergen is not declared on the label. People with a sensitivity to or who are allergic to milk could have an allergic reaction if they eat the soup.

The soup was distributed from Sept. 23 to Dec. 3, 2025, at retail stores in 14 states include these in Pennsylvania:

Indian Trail Country Market, ElizabethvilleBurger Farms, DrumsPaul’s Country Market, Waynesboro

According to an announcement with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the problem was discovered during a routine inspection by the Ohio Department of Agriculture.

There have been no reports of illness involving the soup.
